To take advantage of the Green Ticket scheme, simply agree to use a soft mobility solution (public transport, carpooling, bicycle, on foot, etc.) and choose Green Ticket when making your purchase. In return, you will receive IMPACT CHALLENGE points to reward you for your eco-friendly action.
Check the email confirming your booking. This contains information on how your tickets will be made available, based on your selection when booking:
- MTicket: your ticket will be available on your smartphone via the LeMans Tickets official app. You can then transfer it to the ticket holder. These tickets cannot be printed.
- Postal version: If, on booking, you choose to have your tickets sent via a secure courier service (DHL) at extra cost, the service provider will inform you by email when they have collected your order.
To ensure that as many people as possible have a chance of attending the event, the number of tickets is limited for Week Race, Weekend Race, Paddock and Gridwalk Entrances:
- ACO Members: you can purchase up to 4 tickets per buyer (including 2 at a discount price)
- General public: you can buy up to 4 tickets per buyer.
You can refer to the pricing grid with detailed access information on the following page:
Due to the nature of the passes (hospitality/paddock), they are sent via secure delivery (DHL) up to one week before the event begins. For last-minute orders, the passes will be available in a sealed envelope to be collected at the Accreditation Center upon presentation of valid ID.
Once you have confirmed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you gave when you opened your account.
If you have not received the email, a typo may have prevented the confirmation from being sent or your inbox may have blocked the incoming email and put it in the Trash section.
Please contact our Customer Office by emailing serviceclients@lemans.org or by calling +33 (0)2 43 543210, before duplicating your booking.
